• 2 Bed / 1 Bath: $55,000
• 2 Bed / 2 Bath: $60,000
• 3 Bed / 2 Bath: $65,000
Co-signers must show income equal to 3x the minimum listed above (before taxes).
To Apply, You Must Provide:
• Proof of taxable income (paystubs, job offer letter, etc.)
• Valid, current photo ID
• Full application & documentation from all leaseholders — apartment not held until complete
Fees & Deposits:
• Amenity Fee (due at move-in): $200
• Holding Deposit: $500 (due immediately after approval; non-refundable after 72 hours)
• Application Fee: $35 per leaseholder (online or certified funds only; non-refundable)
• Security Deposit: $500–One Month’s Rent (based on screening)
Occupancy Limits (Includes Leaseholders + Co-signers):

• Pet Rent: $50/month per dog, $40/month per cat
• Non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 per pet
